ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
 


Forms of applications for admission can be obtained on payment of Rs.150. (Rupees Hundred and fifty), cash on tendered or a money order to the Principal, Panchami College of Law, Bengaluru.

The completed Application Form should reach the Principal not later than July or August accompanied by the following :

  • Applications with incomplete information are liable to be rejected.

  • Eligibility for admission is based on the Karnataka State Law University rules and regulations.

  • Applications received after the due date will not be considered.

  • Applications should be accompanied by Photostat copies of the required certificates duly attested by Gazetted Officer.

  • Applications should be accompanied by proper receipt for having paid the registration fee.

  • A Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended. Students should produce the Transfer Certificate. This certificate is required in lieu of Migration Certificate.

  • Candidates admitted will have to abide by the rules and regulations framed by the Management of the College.

  • Non-Karnataka students have to produce eligibility certificates from the Karnataka State Law University at the time of admission.

  • Students will not be intimated individually the allotment of seats. Selection of applicants for interview and / or for admission will be notified on the notice board of the college only.

  • Students are required to preserve for future reference the receipts issued for the payment of tuition fee.

  • Upon admission, an identification card will be issued to each student admitted. After admission to LL.B. Class each student is required to sign the Admission Register kept in the office and to carry the identification card with them.

  • A student who wishes to discontinue his studies in the college at any time during the academic year is required to apply for discontinuance in the prescribed form that will be supplied by the College office on request.
  • Principal has one absolute right to suspend a student from the College or to issue transfer certificate in case student misbehaves with any lecturer or college staff or does not obey directions issued by the Principal.
