To adhere to the guidelines of Government of India and to follow the directions issued by UGC and Karnataka State Law University, Panchami college of Law has a SC/ST/OBC Welfare and Grievance Committee .
The objective of the committee is to safeguard and to ensure welfare of the students. The committee acts as a redressal forum and students can reach out to the authorities in case of any grievance that they may face.

Process of Submitting the Complaint
Any aggrieved employee/student belonging to the reserved category can reach out to the Committee Through the online portal OR By lodging a complaint to the faculty in charge, in the register kept in the Principal’s office.
Panchami College of Law offers a platform for students to learn and practice alternative dispute resolution methods like mediation through our mediation centre. The centre collaborates with local courts and legal professionals to provide hands-on experience to the students.

Prevention of Sexual Harrassment
As mandated by the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, Panchami College of Law has established a Committee for prevention of sexual harassment. The Committee receives and addresses complaints of sexual harassment form students, faculty and staff.
Awareness programs and training sessions on POSH is conducted for students, faculty, and staff. These sessions educate them about the law, what constitutes sexual harassment, and how to prevent and address it
