As mandated by the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, Panchami College of Law has established a Committee for prevention of sexual harassment. The Committee receives and addresses complaints of sexual harassment from students, faculty, and staff.
Awareness programs and training sessions on POSH are conducted for students, faculty, and staff. These sessions educate them about the law, what constitutes sexual harassment, and how to prevent and address it.
